If you need to change or cancel your booking, here’s how our cancellation policy works:
After completing your booking payment, the following deadlines apply:
✅ WITHIN 7 DAYS: receive a full refund (100%) by canceling your booking with no cost.
✅ AFTER 7 DAYS: the payment becomes non-refundable, but you may request changes/cancellations:
✅ FROM THE CHECK-IN DATE ONWARD: amounts are non-refundable and cannot be converted into credit.
⚠️ HOLIDAYS: after 7 days, the payment is non-refundable, but you may request changes/cancellations:
💰 CREDITS: valid for 12 months from the payment date, and may be used for:
✔️ Bookings of Unah retreats: Imersão Unah, New Year’s Retreat, and Carnival Retreat
✔️ Accommodation bookings
✔️ Unah transportation services
✔️ Consumption at the Unah restaurant
✔️ Transferred to another person to use
(credits cannot be applied to special offers)
This cancellation policy is in compliance with Articles 21 of Law No. 11.771/2008 and 6 of Law No. 8.078/1990, particularly item III. In accordance with the principle of transparency, the refund or credit conditions of the paid amount are hereby communicated.
