We understand that unexpected events can occur, so we are here to assist you if you need to modify or cancel your reservation. Here’s how it works:

After making your payment, you have:

> UP TO 7 DAYS: to cancel your reservation AT NO COST and receive a 100% refund.


> AFTER 7 DAYS: the refund will be partial (except on holidays):

  • Cancellations requested up to 15 days before the check-in date:
    • 70% refund of the amount paid OR
    • 100% in credit (valid for 12 months).
  • Cancellations with less than 15 days notice:
    • No refund is provided; instead, you will receive a 60% credit of the amount paid (valid for 12 months).


> HOLIDAYS: Non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made up to 90 days before the check-in date: 100% in credit (valid for 12 months).
  • Cancellations within 90 days of the check-in date: No credit is provided.


> FROM THE CHECK-IN DATE: The amounts are non-refundable and cannot be converted into credit.


This cancellation policy is supported by articles 21 of Law No. 11,771/2008 and 6 of Law No. 8,078/1990, particularly with respect to the respective item III. In compliance with the principle of transparency, the refund or credit relationship of the amount paid is at this moment disclosed.”
