Unah Retreat
Looking for more balance, clarity and well-being? This retreat is for you if you:
Unah Retreat
Our own reconnection method blends science, ancestral wisdom and spirituality into one transformative week, built on 3 pillars:
We follow the rhythms of nature, walk barefoot on the earth and honor the life around us. Caring for the land and water is a way of caring for ourselves.
A deep dive into body, mind, emotions and spirit, so you can live with more purpose and empathy.
Practices that inspire simpler, more sustainable choices, aligned with what really matters.
Unah Retreat
Everyone moves at their own pace, in a deep and caring process.
The group builds a sense of belonging, real connection and expanded awareness.
