Working with purpose
Why Unah
Unah is a self-discovery retreat center inside Piracanga Ecovillage, by the sea in Bahia, Brazil. Every week we welcome people looking for pause, care and reconnection.
That is how we try to live and work here: with more purpose, connection and balance. If you believe in this too, join us.
Who it is for
More than a job, it is a lifestyle choice. Please read carefully before you apply.
How we work
We believe dedication means more when it has a purpose. Our team is engaged and strives for excellence down to the smallest detail, because every detail shapes the experience of the people who come for a retreat.
If you give yourself fully and find meaning in what you do, you belong with us.
We cultivate a light, relaxed and inclusive environment, where everyone can be who they are and feel part of the whole.
At the same time, we cultivate excellence and efficiency in everything we do, because our purpose deserves dedication. Here, every smile and every task counts.
At Unah you share your days with people who also chose this way of living and working. Piracanga Ecovillage is home to people with all kinds of stories.
We celebrate our differences and always look for open, constructive dialogue, strengthening bonds and building together. If you value diversity, respect and unity, you will feel at home.
We host self-discovery retreats, courses and programs all year round. Sustaining all of this is challenging, and that is exactly what drives us.
We are a living lab: we test solutions, learn from mistakes and face challenges with courage. To navigate with us, you need creativity, self-responsibility, team spirit and commitment.
